Shipping policy

Upon receipt of payment, Barcodes Group Pty Ltd will endeavor to dispatch goods within the same day if placed before 1.00pm (depending on stock availability). If an item is unavailable at the time of ordering you will be notified by one of our team members.

Once the order is ready for dispatch, Barcodes Group Pty Ltd will use the services of Australia Post and other freight carriers to distribute goods nationally. Standard delivery service can take approximately 3 to 7 working days depending on location. Prices are calculated at checkout.

If the order is urgent, you may choose an Express service for an additional charge. Please note, Express service does not guarantee next day delivery. This can take approximately 1 to 5 working days depending on location. This is in addition to order processing time. Express freight cost is calculated at checkout. 

You also have the option of picking up your item from our Melbourne warehouse, if you choose to pick up an item in store, we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.

We sell items Australia Wide to all states including Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia, and Queensland.
